Both Claire and Kim have performed two different treatments. Both are professional but very warm-hearted...just the right balance. Treatments are explained thoroughly and you never feel rushed. Would highly recommend.

5star experience as always- lovely, friendly, helpful. Had my lashes & brows tinted & shaped, but also lots of advice on skin care & make up and came home with some samples to try ahead of buying a whole new Clarins skin care routine, as wanted to get it right. Thanks so much.

I had a very relaxing pedicure with Kim who does a thorough and neat job. I was given a choice of tea or coffee on arrival and another when my varnish was setting. We had been discussing Clarins fragrance, I already had the dynamic/red one but wanted another. Kim helped me choose a citrusy one. I also bought a coloured lip balm, again Kim helped me zone in on a good shade for my skin tone. A lovely end to the day. See you all again soon, Alison 😌
