Meet Nicola Summerton

Get to know Nicola Summerton

I joined Claire Price Beauty Clinic in a part-time role as a receptionist in April 2021, where I work two days a week. 

My working life began in 1993 when I was a qualified nurse based at the NHS Welsh Centre for Burns and Plastic Surgery, where I stayed until 2017. At this time I decided to have a change of career and so I bought a pub, which I ran with my partner for four years. After the trials of Covid, we decided that it was the right time for another change in direction and we sold the pub to move on to our next chapter. 

Now I am able to balance my working life with more spare time to enjoy cooking and socialising with friends and family, as well as holidays in West Wales and abroad.
